Psychic Access is the only site to allow you to pick your color scheme when viewing the site (cool?). There are no introductory prices, but you are able to receive six free minutes (not long enough to really discuss anything of importance). This was confusing, because on the same page showing the free six minutes, they state that they do not offer free minutes?? Their per-minute rates are clearly shown as $2.99 - $7.99 per minute. They do screen their psychics, but it is not clear if a test reading is required. Both phone and video chat readings are available.

They offer a link to protect your PC. I found this to be a bit odd. They have a posting saying that their new direct dial will be available in 2009?? This site is incredibly outdated and raises concerns regarding payment security. This also is the only site that is not mobile responsive. There is no phone or chat customer service. There are less than 60 psychics available on the site and only three were available when I was searching for a reading. They do not offer email readings, text readings or astrology charts. They are NOT accredited by the BBB.

I would not recommend this site as it is almost impossible to navigate and there is zero live customer service. Providing only email customer support (will respond within one day) is not acceptable when I have a billing or technical issue. If you do not like a reading, you can only receive a credit back into your account. No refunds offered whatsoever. Five years ago, this may have been a contender, but the unwillingness for the owners to reinvest in updating their platform simply makes this site rank near the bottom. I would recommend staying away from this site.
