I was able to filter the psychics by specialty and find one that matched my needs. There are are over 800 psychics in this network. Per their site, they have been in business since 1999. This is a visually clean looking site. Keen has many articles regarding the metaphysical. The site also has free daily horoscopes and an astrology section.

When it comes to communication methods, Keen isn't as versatile as some other psychic networks. They offer phone readings or you can connect with a psychic via chat. We would like to see email readings or text readings offered as well. Refunds are only issued as a credit in Keen dollars (a maximum of $25.00 to be used with a different psychic, regardless of how much the original session costs). Cost per minute rates run as high as $50.00 per minute (yes, not a typo - $50.00 per minute). It’s no wonder people feel taken advantage of by sites like this! They are NOT accredited by the BBB. According to their hiring process, they do not screen psychics. This means that anyone can sign up and be a professional psychic advisor (regardless of experience). I am sure this business model has contributed to their higher than average number of psychics on staff.

There are a disturbing number of complaints online against this company ranging from unresolved billing issues, psychics not getting compensated for their work and poor quality of psychics. Because their prices are so varied, I was a bit uncomfortable while choosing a psychic. How can one psychic be worth $1.50 per minute and another $50.00 per minute? Their pricing / refund policies are far beneath the competition. I would not use this site again.
